Senior Full-Stack Developer (React,Java)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (React, Java) based in India.

This is a senior engineering opportunity focused on building and maintaining customer CRM integrations within a scalable global voice platform. You will work across both frontend and backend development, combining React and TypeScript with Java and Spring to deliver reliable, high-performing solutions. The role involves supporting existing codebases, resolving production issues, and developing new capabilities that remain compatible with evolving CRM and CTI APIs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, engineering leaders, and test engineers in a cross-functional Agile environment. You will contribute to systems designed for high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability across a global customer base. The position also provides exposure to cloud technologies, microservices, REST APIs, databases, DevOps practices, and modern software engineering approaches. It is well suited to an experienced full-stack engineer who enjoys solving complex problems spanning multiple products and systems.

Accountabilities:

• Contribute as a senior member of an Agile team developing and maintaining a scalable, highly available global voice platform.

• Design, develop, debug, and implement full-stack software solutions using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Java, Spring, and related technologies.

• Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations, supporting existing codebases and implementing enhancements to maintain compatibility with evolving CRM and CTI APIs.

• Design and implement scalable, high-performing microservices that provide reliable REST APIs.

• Apply software engineering best practices for performance, scalability, availability, maintainability, and reliability throughout the development lifecycle.

• Troubleshoot application and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions in accordance with DevOps principles.

• Support and maintain production environments while collaborating with relevant engineering and operations teams.

• Develop comprehensive unit and functional test coverage to ensure the quality and reliability of delivered software.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, Test Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

• Work across multiple products and systems to investigate and resolve complex technical challenges.

• Produce clear and maintainable technical documentation covering software solutions, integrations, and relevant engineering processes.

• Communicate technical decisions, progress, risks, and solutions effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional frontend development experience, with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.

• 3+ years of professional Java backend development experience, including deep knowledge of Spring frameworks.

• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performance microservices and REST APIs.

• Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend frameworks.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure; GCP experience is preferred.

• Strong understanding of server-side technologies and relational or NoSQL databases.

• Experience developing and maintaining applications that require high performance, scalability, availability, and reliability.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical problems spanning multiple products, applications, and systems.

• Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams and collaborating effectively across engineering and product functions.

• Strong understanding of software testing, including unit and functional testing, with a commitment to maintaining comprehensive test coverage.

• Familiarity with DevOps principles and production support practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to debugging and technical decision-making.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical solutions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

• Knowledge of real-time communications technologies such as SIP and RTP is a valuable advantage.
