Job Description
The Salesforce Administrator (Litify Specialist) is responsible for the administration, optimization, support, and continuous improvement of the firm's Salesforce and Litify platforms. This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to improve business processes, automate workflows, maintain data integrity, and enhance the overall user experience.
This position is based on-site at our Miami Lakes, Florida office and requires regular in-person collaboration with business users and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce and Litify user administration, including user setup, permissions, profiles, roles, and licensing.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce and Litify functionality, including Flows, custom objects, page layouts, dashboards, reports, and automation.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user support requests in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data quality processes.
- Support system integrations and third-party applications.
- Create and maintain training materials, process documentation, and user guides.
- Conduct user training and promote platform adoption throughout the organization.
- Maintain system security, data integrity, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
- Experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience building and maintaining Salesforce Flows and automation.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Miami Lakes, Florida, Monday through Friday.
- Ability to successfully complete the company's pre-employment screening process.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering Litify.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification.
- Trailhead Superbadges or equivalent Salesforce training.
- Experience using Data Loader and data management tools.
- Experience within a law firm, legal services, or professional services environment.
- Experience with Apex, Triggers, and Metadata deployment.
