What you’ll own

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce CRM Administrator to join our Enterprise Operations team based in India, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation, administration, and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role is responsible for ensuring the Salesforce platform remains stable, secure, user-friendly, and aligned with evolving business needs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, architects, developers, and end users to support the day-to-day operation of Salesforce, drive platform adoption, and continuously improve processes across the customer lifecycle. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce administration, user support, data management, and platform configuration, combined with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

  • Administer and support Salesforce environments, ensuring platform availability, security, and optimal performance.
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce functionality including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls in accordance with governance standards.
  • Support end users by troubleshooting issues, resolving service requests, and providing guidance on Salesforce capabilities and best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement configuration-based solutions.
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide meaningful business insights.
  • Support data quality initiatives through data cleansing, deduplication, validation, and governance activities.
  • Assist with user onboarding, training, adoption, and change management activities.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams to deliver enhancements and incremental value across the platform.
  • Manage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requests and solutions.
  • Support testing activities, release management, and deployment validation across Salesforce environments.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using Salesforce Flows and other declarative platform capabilities.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure configuration changes align with platform standards and long-term architectural goals.
  • Support ongoing optimisation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities including Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

What you bring

  • Minimum 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
  • Hands-on experience administering Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities including:
  • Flows
  • Object and field management
  • Validation rules
  • Page layouts
  • Record types
  • Permission sets and profiles
  • Reports and dashboards
  • Experience managing Salesforce user access, security models, and data governance processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide effective user support in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management tools including Data Loader and data quality processes.
  • Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:
  • Agentforce
  • Data Cloud / Data 360
  • Experience Cloud
  • Tableau
  • MuleSoft
  • Understanding of Salesforce release management, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe Agile.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality platform standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
