About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager, Arcade Business, you'll serve as the right hand to the Senior Director, Product Management, transforming Arcade strategy into impactful product experiences that drive measurable player and business outcomes. This player-coach role combines hands-on product leadership with team development—owning the end-to-end Arcade experience across onboarding, discovery, competitions, rewards, referrals, retention, and monetization, while helping scale the product organization.

You'll directly influence key growth metrics including NGR, pMAU, I2D, retention, ARPPU, and LTV/CAC by delivering high-quality product execution, leading cross-functional collaboration, and building the operating rhythms, experimentation frameworks, and launch excellence that enable Arcade to grow faster, smarter, and at scale.

Key Competencies:

Arcade Product Strategy & Business Ownership

  • Translate Senior Director Arcade strategy into a clear product roadmap across launch, scale, and optimization phases.
  • Own product levers that move Arcade NGR, pMAU, I2D, retention, ARPPU, D30 NGR/user, and LTV/CAC.
  • Make crisp trade-offs across FTUE, lobby, catalogue, offers, deposits, rewards, referral, and LiveOps surfaces.

Hands-on Product Execution & Delivery

  • Drive the full product lifecycle from opportunity sizing to PRD, execution, delivery, launch, and iteration.
  • Personally author high-quality specs and experiment briefs; do not outsource product thinking to process.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to maintain execution velocity and launch quality.

Analytics, Experimentation & Player Insight

  • Use player behavior, cohort analysis, funnel diagnostics, and A/B tests to prioritize product bets.
  • Define instrumentation and dashboards needed to understand install-to-deposit conversion, gameplay depth, revenue, and retention.
  • Blend quantitative data with direct player feedback and game play review.

Gaming, Growth & Monetization Depth

  • Understand game loops, tournament economics, entry fees, prizes, rewards, LiveOps, and content freshness.
  • Design product loops that improve first deposit, repeat play, progression, referrals, and payer retention.
  • Comfortable operating in high-sensitivity revenue environments where a small group of high-value users can materially impact GMV/NGR.

Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate Arcade roadmap, launch readiness, KPI movement, and risks clearly to Senior Director and broader leadership.
  • Drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders while preserving decision velocity.
  • Escalate early when metrics, scope, quality, or timeline risks threaten business outcomes.

Experience

  • 6+ years of product management experience, preferably with 1+ years in mobile gaming, real-money gaming, free-to-play, consumer growth, marketplace, or high-frequency transaction products.
  • Proven track record launching and scaling consumer-facing products from ambiguous 0-to-1 or early-scale stages.
  • Experience owning growth, activation, monetization, or retention KPIs in a high-velocity product environment.
  • Experience managing or mentoring PMs, or leading multiple product workstreams through influence.
  • Deep familiarity with product analytics, experimentation, funnel optimization, cohort analysis, and product KPI measurement.
  • Strong understanding of gaming KPIs and player psychology; direct experience with RMG, skill gaming, wagering, or regulated consumer products is a plus.
  • Comfort working across India/US time zones with distributed Engineering, Design, Data, UA, Marketing, and Operations partners.
