School of Engineering - Senior Executive/Assistant Manager
[What you will be working on]
To provide integrated administrative, procurement and student development support to ensure efficient school operations and enhance student engagement outcomes. • Provide guidance to academic staff on procurement and budgeting processes • Perform end-to-end procurement (e.g. Small Value Purchases, Invitation To Quote, Request For Quote, Direct Contracting, Invitation To Tender) in accordance with government procurement guidelines • Ensure compliance with organisational policies and support quality assurance audits with key stakeholders • Maintain accurate data repositories and records to support reporting, compliance and decision-making • Co-develop and implement student development programmes, leadership initiatives and engagement activities • Support student club and activities to promote engagement and holistic development • Support committees, meetings and school-wide events, including coordination, documentation and secretariat duties • Leverage Microsoft 365 and digital/automation tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Automate, RPA) to streamline workflows and enhance data management • Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as required

• At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in education administration • Strong organisational, communication and coordination skills • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels • Meticulous and self-driven, with strong attention to detail • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with Microsoft 365 and digital/automation tools (e.g. SharePoint, Power Automate, RPA) is preferred.
