At Blueprint, you’ll work alongside talented people with different experiences, expertise, and perspectives. You’ll have opportunities to take on meaningful challenges, expand your skills, and see the impact of what you build.

Bring your perspective. Raise the standard. Build what matters.

In This Role

You will serve as a customer-facing Cloud Solution Architect specializing in generative AI, workplace productivity, and agentic solutions. Acting as both a trusted technical advisor and adoption leader, you will help enterprise customers identify high-value AI use cases, deploy secure and governed solutions, and progress from basic functionality to advanced usage that delivers measurable business value.

You will work across customers, implementation partners, account stakeholders, and technical delivery resources to accelerate deployment, remove adoption barriers, and support organizational change. This role requires a strong balance of technical expertise, executive communication, customer education, and adoption strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive healthy adoption and sustained usage of enterprise AI assistants, collaboration tools, and AI agents through structured customer-success and change-management plans.
  • Advise customers and partners on designing, deploying, customizing, and operationalizing AI-powered workplace solutions.
  • Help customers identify, prioritize, and implement AI and agentic use cases aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead technical engagements to resolve barriers involving identity, security, compliance, governance, data access, licensing, and platform readiness.
  • Establish secure and responsible AI foundations, including data protection, oversharing controls, information governance, and compliance practices.
  • Guide customers through AI-agent development and governance using a register, govern, and protect framework.
  • Develop adoption and change-management plans addressing executive sponsorship, user segmentation, communications, training, and enablement activities.
  • Educate customers and partners through technical demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and end-user training.
  • Use adoption analytics and platform insights to communicate usage trends, business impact, progress, and return on investment.
  • Engage business and technical decision-makers, including executive stakeholders, to align AI adoption with measurable organizational outcomes.
  • Coordinate partner-led implementations and internal delivery resources to accelerate deployment, activation, and scaled adoption.
  • Manage committed adoption and consumption milestones across assigned customer accounts.
  • Analyze usage and business-outcome signals to identify expansion, renewal, and additional solution opportunities.
  • Capture customer feedback, technical blockers, adoption patterns, and success stories to support continuous product and delivery improvements.
  • Lead and motivate technical communities while supporting collaboration across customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, including professional written and verbal communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business, liberal arts, or a related discipline, plus 7–9 years of relevant experience; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
  • Relevant experience may include cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting or support, systems administration, network operations, software development or support, solution architecture, practice development, or technical consulting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an enterprise customer-facing position.
  • At least 5 years of experience delivering customer-facing technical projects.
  • At least 5 years of experience working with enterprise productivity and cloud platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external stakeholders and communicate with technical, business, and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and driving adoption of enterprise AI productivity solutions, including administration, analytics, and organizational change management.
  • Deep expertise in identity, security, compliance, and information governance, including conditional access, identity governance, sensitivity labeling, data-loss prevention, AI data-security posture management, and advanced content-management controls.
  • Experience building, deploying, and governing AI agents through a low-code agent development platform.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is mandatory; candidates without this experience will not be considered.
  • A minimum of two relevant technical certifications covering enterprise administration, information security, AI administration, agentic solution architecture, or AI business applications.
  • Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
  • Candidates must hold a minimum of two of the following technical certifications:
  • MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert
  • SC-401: Information Security Administrator Associate (Microsoft Purview); prerequisite for MS-102
  • AB-900: Microsoft 365 Copilot and Agent Administration Fundamentals
  • AB-100: Agentic AI Business Solutions Architect Expert
  • AB-730: AI Business Professional Associate

Both the bilingual language requirement and the minimum certification requirement are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with comparable generative AI platforms, such as Gemini or similar enterprise AI technologies.
  • Proven success moving customers from initial AI experimentation to sustained, advanced adoption.
  • Experience evangelizing AI capabilities and delivering customer education, technical enablement, workshops, or end-user training.
  • Strong presentation and executive-engagement skills, particularly with senior business and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to connect technical adoption metrics with business value, productivity gains, and return on investment.
  • Experience developing adoption and change-management strategies for enterprise technology implementations.
  • Ability to balance strong business and customer-adoption skills with hands-on technical expertise.
  • Experience working through implementation partners and coordinating cross-functional delivery resources.
  • Ability to lead technical communities and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
