Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high‑quality software architecture and components
- Plan, prioritize, and execute tasks across the full software development life cycle
- Build tools and applications using clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Automate workflows using appropriate tools and scripting
- Review, debug, and optimize code for quality and performance
- Lead and mentor a small team, providing continuous feedback, supporting career growth, and helping resolve technical blockers
- Perform validation, performance, and verification testing to ensure reliability
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and enhance product functionality
- Document development phases, maintain technical artifacts, and monitor system health
- Ensure software remains current with modern technologies, frameworks, and best practices
- Continuously improve system scalability, efficiency, and overall performance
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
- Solid experience in developing Microservices using Java 1.8, Spring REST, Spring Boot, and JPA
- Hands‑on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub
- Proficient in JUnit, TestNG, Mockito, Splunk, Grafana, and PostgreSQL
- Good understanding of Domain‑Driven Design (DDD) and Object‑Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Knowledge of asynchronous programming and event‑driven architectures
- Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills
