How will you impact?
We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Platform expansion in Latin America.
The TPM will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from requirements definition through platform launch and adoption—working directly with engineering teams, vendor partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless booking workflows, system integration, and business objectives are met.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused position ideal for someone who thrives in complex technical environments, can operate with autonomy, and excels at translating business needs into clear engineering requirements.
Your key responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap for platform expansion in Latam.
- Develop comprehensive technical and functional requirements.
- Own test case development, acceptance criteria, and technical documentation.
- Lead market entry strategy, partner enablement, and platform launch activities across LatAm markets
- Maintain alignment between business objectives, technical constraints, and delivery timelines.
- Collect insights and translate feedback into product improvements and engineering priorities
What you'll bring to the role:
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with proven success in execution-driven, complex environments
- B2B Technology experience, ideally within travel, fintech, or SaaS industries
- Strong technical acumen: Comfortable working with engineering teams; understanding of microservices, APIs, and system integration workflows
- Expert-level ability to translate business needs into clear technical specifications and test cases
- Product Launch Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end go-to-market activities, partner enablement, and platform scaling
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across distributed international teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Agile Product Development: Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments with clear delivery milestones
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences
