Full description

We're looking for Business Analyst to join our Finance team. You'll work closely with the financial controller, accounting and other departments to deliver reliable financial data and business insight - strengthening our planning and analysis processes, improving financial accuracy and supporting the business with the reporting and forecasting it needs to make business decisions.

What you will do:

•  Prepare regular reports and monthly business performance reporting, monitor KPIs and flag deviations from targets;

•  Own the budgeting and forecasting cycle - ensuring the annual budget and rolling forecasts accurately reflect business projections;

•  Track business trends (budget vs. actual, project performance, variance analysis) and work with other departments to explain and address deviations;

•  Contribute to data management and reporting improvement initiatives alongside IT and other teams, improving the use of analytical tools;

•  Support continuous improvement and digitalization projects across the business;

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field;

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or business control (experience in an international or manufacturing/industrial company is a strong advantage);

• Knowledge of FP&A routines and data analytics principles, good understanding of standard financial reporting (familiar with BS, PnL, CF reports);

• Experience in cost, project accounting (a strong plus) or capability to research, understand, apply related principles and rules where & when needed;

•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), comfortable working with data, (Power BI experience - advantage);

•  Strong analytical thinking, a results-driven attitude;

•  Collaborative mindset and desire to grow professionally;

•  English language skills, spoken and written.

Salary

From 3200 to 4200 €/month gross

Salary depends on your competencies and is negotiable.
