About the team:
Product Development and Modernization team is responsible for development and delivering of the new and modernized Core features and modules. Our PMO office is covering the Software development and modernization projects and workstreams with various teams located globally. Our projects are covering complete software lifecycle from the initiation to the delivery.
What you will be doing:
This is an IT Project Manager position which is to cover main aspects of software development lifecycle through all stages:
- planning, executing, and delivering software projects within scope, time, and budget constraints
- leading cross-functional development teams
- collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
The key responsibilities of the role will be:
- Project Planning: Control project scope, timelines and budget
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress
- Budget Control and Change management
- Risk control: By utilizing methodologies like Agile or Scrum mitigate technical risks and ensure the final software product meets quality standards and client requirements
- Build understanding of Agile foundation and processes within the projects assigned
- Develop and use analytical and problem resolution skills to identify difficult sources of impediment
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2+ years of end-to-end project management experience in the IT industry, ideally within financial services or payment systems, including delivery of software implementation projects across the full SDLC, experience in working with cross functional and remotely located teams
- Previous Agile experience with some working knowledge of Agile approaches, tools and techniques including JIRA
Added bonus if you have:
- Agile project management Certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP)
- Requirements management using JIRA
- PMP or equivalent certification (e.g., Prince2) preferred.
- Skills including MS Office and MS Project
- Use of AI in Project Management routine
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is EUR 25,600.00 – EUR 40,000.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
