You will help ensure account signatory and legal entity information is complete, current, and properly documented. Your work supports safe, reliable client servicing across multiple products and jurisdictions. As a Reference data analyst in Signer Maintenance function, you will review, validate, and process documentation and requests related to account signatories, legal entity maintenance, and client mandates. You will partner with internal teams to complete requests accurately and on time while following established controls, policies, and regulatory requirements. You will apply sound judgment to identify exceptions, resolve issues, and reduce operational risk through consistent, high-quality execution.

Job responsibilities

  • Review, validate, and process signatory and mandate maintenance requests, including new setup, amendments, and updates
  • Analyze legal and supporting documentation to confirm completeness, accuracy, and alignment to documented requirements
  • Update client and account reference data in internal systems, maintaining data integrity and auditability
  • Manage case queues by prioritizing requests based on service commitments and business impact
  • Meet service level commitments and productivity expectations while maintaining high quality standards
  • Identify exceptions, discrepancies, or documentation gaps, and escalate concerns using defined procedures
  • Partner with client service, onboarding, and product stakeholders to resolve inquiries and obtain required information
  • Follow control procedures and support audit readiness by maintaining clear processing evidence and records
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality, and the overall client experience
  • Participate in testing and change activities to support workflow enhancements and operational resilience
  • Use digital tools and automation solutions appropriately to reduce manual effort and support risk-controlled decision-making

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience reviewing and processing legal or account documentation in an operations, onboarding, or client service environment
  • Ability to interpret documentation requirements and apply attention to detail to validate accuracy and completeness
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize effectively, and meet time-sensitive commitments
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document actions and raise issues succinctly
  • Strong judgment and risk awareness, including comfort escalating exceptions when appropriate
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, document management, case management tools)
  • Ability to work effectively with internal partners and collaborate across teams and time zones
  • Commitment to following procedures, controls, and recordkeeping expectations

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Experience in financial services operations supporting client onboarding, reference data, account maintenance, or related functions
  • Familiarity with signatory maintenance, legal entity structures, and banking mandates
  • Experience working in a controls-focused environment with audit and operational risk considerations
  • Exposure to workflow tools, continuous improvement practices, or automation solutions
  • Familiarity using generative artificial intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to improve productivity, with appropriate validation and judgment
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and ways of working in a changing environment
  • Developing experience using AI-powered analytics, workflow automation, or intelligent process tools to drive efficiency gains, reduce manual effort, or improve accuracy in operational processes.
