About the role

Develop the core backbone of an AI-powered logistics infrastructure platform using an event-driven, domain-driven backend and Next.js frontend. Engineers are responsible for architecture decisions and writing tests, acting as human-in-the-loop reviewers for AI-generated code.

What they look for

Java Next.js Domain-Driven Design Hexagonal Architecture CQRS Saga Pattern Kafka PostgreSQL TypeScript gRPC Event Sourcing Redis

Requirements

Requires a full-stack engineer with production experience in DDD, CQRS, Saga, and Hexagonal patterns. Proficiency in Java, Kafka, and Next.js is essential, with a strong focus on high-throughput system design.

Full description

Intetics Inc., a global technology company providing custom software application development, distributed professional teams, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full-Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis.

About the project:

Building a neutral, AI-powered logistics infrastructure platform (ZYYDER MESH) connecting shippers and carriers directly - covering quoting, booking, routing, tracking, invoicing, CO₂ reporting, and embedded financial services

We're hiring engineers to join the core team building the platform's backbone: an event-driven, domain-driven backend with a Next.js frontend.

This is not a "write code from a ticket" role. Development is AI-driven - engineers write tests and own architecture decisions; AI handles code generation in between, with the engineer as the human-in-the-loop reviewer.

Architecture & design patterns (this is the primary screen — technical stack comes second):

  • Domain-Driven Design (DDD) — bounded contexts, aggregates, aggregate roots, value objects, domain events, ubiquitous language
  • Hexagonal architecture (ports & adapters)
  • CQRS (command/query responsibility segregation)
  • Saga pattern (distributed transaction coordination)
  • Outbox pattern (reliable event delivery)
  • Event sourcing and eventual consistency at scale
  • Designing for high throughput, strong and eventual consistency

Backend:

  • Java (core language)
  • Kafka (event streaming)
  • PostgreSQL
  • Redis
  • Blob storage / S3
  • Parquet, Delta files
  • Serialization: Protobuf, Avro, JSON
  • gRPC, REST
  • CDC (Change Data Capture) via Debezium

Frontend:

  • Next.js (backend-for-frontend pattern)
  • JavaScript, TypeScript
  • MUI (Material UI)
  • Figma (design handoff)
  • REST, JSON, Protobuf, gRPC integration from the frontend
  • PostgreSQL (read-side familiarity)

What we're explicitly NOT looking for

  • Engineers who know the tech stack but have never applied DDD/CQRS/Saga/Hexagonal patterns in production
  • Candidates needing onboarding time to learn these concepts — there isn't time before the September start
  • Pure backend or pure frontend specialists without full-stack range across this stack
