Role: Senior Integration Developer Experience: 4+ Years Location: Pune, Chennai

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Integration Developer with strong expertise in Python-based integration development, enterprise system integration, and event-driven architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and developing scalable APIs, real-time integrations, and cloud-native solutions while supporting mission-critical production environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integrations using Python (FastAPI/Flask).
• Build and manage RESTful APIs including design, security, lifecycle management, and versioning.
• Develop scalable integration solutions leveraging Kafka, WebSockets, Webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Implement real-time and batch integrations across upstream and downstream applications.
• Design and optimize MySQL and NoSQL databases for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Perform data transformation and integration using JSON, XML, CSV, APIs, and file-based interfaces.
• Develop and support cloud-native applications using Azure services, containers, Kubernetes (AKS), and managed cloud platforms.
• Monitor application health and performance using Splunk, Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Participate in production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Implement DevOps best practices including Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and release management.
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and technical stakeholders to deliver robust integration solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Python development (FastAPI/Flask).
• Expertise in REST API development and integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration architecture and system integration principles.
• Experience with Kafka, WebSocket, Webhook, event streaming, pub/sub, queues, and real-time messaging.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and NoSQL database design and optimization.
• Experience handling data transformation and protocol conversion.
• Good understanding of cloud-native architecture, Kubernetes (AKS), containers, and Azure cloud services.
• Experience with application monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
• Proven expertise in defect analysis, root cause investigation, and production support.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large-scale enterprise integration environments.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of security best practices for APIs and integrations.
• Experience in high-volume, mission-critical production environments
