Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring across our organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and managing budgets, analysing cost drivers, monitoring spend across the departments, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Working closely with Finance, Commercial & Marketing, Product, Operations, People and Compliance teams, the Financial Analyst will help ensure the business achieves its financial objectives while operating within budgetary requirements.

Main Responsibilities Budgeting

  • Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Assist department leaders in developing detailed operating budgets.
  • Monitor budget performance and provide regular budget-to-actual analysis.
  • Identify budget risks and opportunities and recommend corrective actions where necessary.

Governance & Compliance

  • Support financial planning processes in compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with budget reviews, and management reporting requirements.
  • Ensure financial data integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance budgeting, forecasting, and reporting efficiency.

Main Requirements

  • Experience working with large datasets and performance analytics is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience within the iGaming, online gaming, betting, fintech, or digital entertainment industry is preferred.
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, budgeting, or commercial finance is a plus.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Knowledge of XERO and financial planning systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a large team.
