Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Create, update, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOMs) in ERP/MRP systems.
- Review engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests to ensure BOM accuracy.
- Verify part numbers, descriptions, units of measure, and material requirements.
- Maintain multi-level BOM structures and product configurations.
- Process Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- Implement approved design and material changes into the system.
- Ensure all BOM revisions are documented and traceable.
- Conduct regular audits of BOM data for completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, documentation procedures, and quality requirements.
