CTG is seeking to fill a Business Systems Analyst IV opening for our client.

Location: Remote Duration: 12 months

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead moderately complex to complex technology projects from requirements through implementation and post-production support.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements; develop functional specifications.
  • Serve as a functional lead and liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and project teams.
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate project estimates, timelines, milestones, scope, and deliverables.
  • Perform data analysis and data mapping for system integrations, conversions, acquisitions, and business initiatives.
  • Identify, track, and resolve testing and implementation issues.
  • Support regulatory, audit, compliance, and enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Provide application and systems expertise and advise on impacts of system changes.
  • Mentor less experienced analysts and support project methodology and application training.
  • Coordinate post-implementation activities, issue resolution, and project reviews.

Scope of Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple moderately complex to complex projects and priorities.
  • Collaborate across business units, IT organizations, and vendors.
  • Ensure requirements, testing, documentation, and deliverables meet business and technology standards.
  • Identify risks and recommend effective business and technology solutions.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

  • May serve as a functional or test lead on complex projects.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced staff.
  • No direct supervisory responsibility.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience.
  • Business analysis and requirements gathering experience.
  • Experience with large-scale project environments.
  • Experience working across IT organizations and business units.
  • Experience with UAT, system testing, application support, and issue resolution.
  • Experience with audit findings, regulatory requirements, or compliance initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience as a subject matter expert supporting business applications.
  • Experience with system integrations, data mapping, conversions, or acquisitions.
  • Knowledge of application frameworks and integrated systems.
  • Experience with project management and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to present to all levels of management.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive approach, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $29.90 - $49.84/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
