Accountabilities: The Senior React Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality frontend solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and a strong user experience. The role requires technical ownership, effective collaboration, and the ability to solve complex challenges in modern web development environments.

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Design and implement user-facing features in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Translate UI/UX designs into technically feasible and high-quality frontend solutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and efficient code following engineering best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure application reliability and performance.

• Collaborate with stakeholders in a multicultural environment, communicating effectively in English.

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, development workflows, and frontend architecture decisions.

• Build and optimize single-page applications using modern React patterns and development practices.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a senior frontend professional with strong expertise in React development, modern JavaScript ecosystems, and software engineering practices. This position requires technical proficiency, autonomy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in distributed teams.

• Strong professional experience with React and JavaScript development.

• Advanced English proficiency with the ability to communicate clearly with international teams and stakeholders.

• Solid experience with React 18, functional components, hooks, and modern ES6+ JavaScript.

• Experience building single-page applications and scalable frontend architectures.

• Knowledge of state management solutions, particularly Redux and related patterns.

• Experience with CSS, SCSS, and modern styling approaches.

• Experience integrating APIs, including GraphQL-based data fetching solutions.

• Experience with unit testing frameworks such as Vitest or Jest and component testing practices.

• Familiarity with modern build tools including Vite, npm, and frontend development workflows.

• Experience using Git repositories for version control, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.

• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently.

• Ability to collaborate effectively in agile and multicultural environments.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Familiarity with backend development using .NET or C#.

• Experience using Docker for containerization and development environments.

• Knowledge of command-line interfaces, bash scripting, and development automation practices.
