Tasks
- Planning and operation of tools for monitoring the global IT infrastructure
- Worldwide support and further development of the centralized and decentralized Linux environment with focus on network core services DNS/DHCP
- Support in the areas of email and web proxy with a focus on content security
- Participation in IT projects in close cooperation with other teams
- Second-level support and central point of contact for all questions relating to our services
- Ongoing optimization and expansion of the services we offer
Qualifications
- Completed studies in computer science or comparable training in the field of IT
- Knowledge of Debian Linux server systems desirable
- Experience in monitoring and Ansible Playbook is an advantage
- Ideally initial practical experience in the planning and daily operation of core network services
- Service orientation and a high level of commitment
- Good knowledge of English
