- Helping guide the teams through Corpay’s AI-first software development transformation, including practical adoption of AI-assisted development tools, engineering workflows, quality controls, and team operating norms.
- Leading through influence, coaching, clear expectations, and accountability rather than by personally taking over technical work.
- Working with product partners to translate business priorities into realistic delivery plans and predictable execution.
- Ensuring the teams maintain a healthy balance between roadmap delivery, operational stability, technical debt reduction, production support, and long-term platform health.
- Coaching engineers and technical leaders on execution, design thinking, production ownership, engineering discipline, and professional growth.
- Driving clarity around priorities, commitments, risks, dependencies, tradeoffs, and delivery status.
- Creating a high-accountability team culture built on collaboration, ownership, transparency, and measurable outcomes.
- Supporting production readiness, incident follow-up, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Helping the teams adopt AI-assisted engineering practices responsibly and effectively, with attention to quality, security, productivity, engineering discipline, and measurable outcomes.
