Full description

What you will do:

  • You will join a dynamic and innovative team, working as a Senior Data Scientist on topics such as:
  • Document Factory;
  • RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and AI Agents – strengthening existing models and scaling them;
  • Ensure a strong focus on innovation and continuous technology monitoring.

Profile Required:

  • Mastery of data science modeling: training classical models and fine-tuning deep learning models such as BERT;
  • Strong knowledge of Python machine learning packages and libraries related to Generative AI: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers, and LangChain;
  • Significant experience in NLP.Experience in Computer Vision (OCR and YOLO models for object detection);
  • Experience in building a RAG system and solid knowledge of the Generative AI ecosystem (commercial LLMs such as GPT-4, GPT-4o, prompting techniques, and open-source LLMs such as LLaMA 3, Mistral);
  • Implementation of metrics to evaluate model performance;

Other skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to quickly research and test state-of-the-art models;
  • The ability to propose different approaches and methods.
