Job Summary
The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support to customers in the sales of BESS & diesel engines. This will include providing technical advice on the selection of BESS & diesel engines, troubleshooting and diagnosing customer issues, and providing technical product training. Ability to lead the group from prototype phase to serial production.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in the selection of BESS & diesel engines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues related to BESS & diesel engines.
- Provide technical product training to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend appropriate diesel engine solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable requirements and regulations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Systems, or related field .
- Diploma holders with 3–5 years of relevant experience and similar knowledge will also be considered.
- Knowledge of Battery Energy Storage system &/or engine design and operation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin &/or Bahasa speaking is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Travel is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Fresh Degree graduate will be considered.
