Wide Area Network (WAN) EngineerTake on a high-impact engineering role at the heart of our digital infrastructure. As a Wide Area Network Engineer, you will design, build and evolve secure, resilient and high-performing WAN services that connect users, systems and locations. You will tackle complex routing,availability and performance challenges, influence technical direction, and turn emerging technologies into reliable operational capabilities.

You will thrive in this role if you combine deep WAN expertise with curiosity, sound engineering judgement and a drive to automate repetitive work.

• At least 3 - 6 years of hands-on network engineering experience, with a strong focus on enterprise WAN design and operations.
• Strong knowledge of MPLS, SD-WAN, IPsec VPN, TCP/IP and WAN performance concepts.
• Practical experience with routing protocols and traffic engineering, including BGP and OSPF, together with route control, redundancy and fault isolation.
• Experience configuring and managing Cisco, Juniper or equivalent routing, switching and SD-WAN platforms.
• Familiarity with network observability, monitoring and telemetry tools, and the ability to turn performance data into action.
• Experience or strong interest in Network as Code and automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, APIs, data models and version control.
• An interest in AI-enabled network operations, with the discipline to validate recommendations, protect operational data and keep appropriate human oversight over production changes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the confidence to work through ambiguity and solve difficult multi-vendor network problems.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical, business and service-provider stakeholders.
• Cisco CCNA, CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Service Provider or equivalent certifications are advantageous; above all, you bring initiative, resilience and an appetite for continuous learning.
