Project Control Manager

KBR is looking for Project Control Manager to be based in– Site Abu Dhabi UAE

  • Develop and maintain project schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project).
  • Monitor project progress and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Track costs, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
  • Analyze schedule delays and cost variances.
  • Manage progress measurement and earned value reporting.
  • Coordinate with construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Review contractor claims, variations, and change orders.
  • Support management with KPI dashboards and executive reports.
  • Ensure compliance with client and company project control procedures.

Typical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 20+ years of experience in Project Controls within Oil & Gas.
  • PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE certifications are advantageous.
  • ADNOC experience is preferred.
