Overview
We are looking for a specialist who can combine client service and project management skills with a strong interest in automation. The ideal candidate should be able to coordinate digital production work, perform diligent quality checks, and actively support improvements to workflows and ways of working.
Responsibilities
- Template Quality Control & Asset Readiness
- Review source files, templates, and digital assets to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for production.
- Conduct quality control to reduce errors and ensure consistent output.
- Process Improvement
- Help standardise briefs, input files, workflows, and asset structures so that content can be produced more efficiently.
- Reporting project progress internally and externally
- Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with client service, automation, production, and adaptation teams to coordinate work, clarify requirements, and support smooth delivery.
- Liaising with key project stakeholders including client, origination and global team
- End-to-end automation project management
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to check digital assets against technical and brand requirements
- Good problem-solving skills and a mindset focused on improving processesStrong communication, coordination, and organisational skillsUnderstanding of digital content production, adaptation, and localisation across markets
- Ability to learn quickly and confidence in working with new platforms and tools
- Nice-to-have: Experience with content automation or template-based production tools, such as Storyteq, Templater, or similar platforms
