אנחנו מחפשת מנהל/ת פרויקטים להובלת פרויקטים ארגוניים וטכנולוגיים מקצה לקצה: שיפור תהליכים, הטמעת מערכות, ויוזמות בתחומי הדאטה והAI.

התפקיד כפוף לCOO וכולל אחריות גם על הקצב וגם על הכיוון: הבנת הבעיה והצורך הארגוני, הגדרת יעדים ותוצאות רצויות, בניית תוכנית עבודה, חיבור בין בעלי העניין, הנעת החלטות וביצוע, והסרת חסמים - עד לשימוש בפועל ולמדידת התוצאות.

תפדי בכיר בצוות ללא כפיפים, תפקיד למי שיש דרייב ונחישות לשינוי ארגוני.

איך עובדים כאן

  • חשיבה תהליכית: למפות כיצד העבודה זורמת, לזהות היכן היא נתקעת ומה משנים כדי שתזרום
  • עבודה איטרטיבית (אג'ייל) פירוק לפאזות, קידום בצעדים קטנים, התאמה לפי פידבק
  • עבודה עם נתונים ברמת ההגדרה והמעקב: מה נמדד, כיצד נאסף הדאטה ומה המשמעויות שעולות ממנו
  • עבודה עצמאית מול דרג בכיר, והרמת דגלים כשנדרש

Requirements

  • 5+ שנות ניסיון בניהול פרויקטים, מתוכן ניסיון בפרויקטים ארגוניים פנימיים (מערכות או כלים ארגוניים)
  • ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים חוצי-מחלקות מול צוותים פנימיים - היכולת להריץ תהליך ולהניע בעלי עניין גם ללא סמכות ניהולית ישירה עליהם
  • ניסיון בהובלת שינוי התנהלות והטמעה שהגיעה עד לשימור בפועל והזזת מחוג- (לא רק להשיק כלי אלא למדוד עד כמה הוא אפקטיבי)
  • יכולת לתרגם צורך עסקי לדרישה ברורה שצוותים טכניים (דאטה / פיתוח / בילדרים) יודעים לבצע, ולגשר בין שפת הפרסום/שיווק לשפת הטכנולוגיה
  • כתיבה בהירה בעברית ובאנגלית - סטטוסים, מסמכי אפיון והנחיות לספקים
  • רקע במרקטינג (יתרון)
  • אוריינות טכנולוגית / היכרות עם אופן העבודה של צוותי פיתוח ודאטה (יתרון)
