Our technology-based end-to-end solution combines advanced localization capabilities, streamlined global operations and extensive big-data analytics, covering everything merchants need to scale worldwide. We’re a fast-moving, highly collaborative company where innovation, creativity, ownership, and impact are part of everyday work.

As a Product Manager for our internal platforms, you will play a crucial role in empowering our global teams and scaling our operations. You will be responsible for leading the vision, strategy, and execution of a brand-new, in-house CRM system built from the ground up to support our unique cross-border business workflows.

  • Enterprise-Wide Alignment: Engage deeply with a wide array of internal teams across the entire company, as well as senior management, to map complex workflows and translate them into scalable, innovative technical solutions.
  • Roadmap Ownership: Define and own the delivery of the internal CRM product roadmap, ensuring tight alignment with Global-e's operational goals and growth targets.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with engineering teams, operations specialists, and business units to drive product management from planning to delivery.
  • Detailed Specifications: Translate high-level business requirements and varying internal user needs into detailed product specifications and actionable development tasks.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively at both the business and technical levels (written and verbal), acting as the bridge between development teams and the rest of the organization.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have built complex internal tools, enterprise platforms, or custom CRM systems.
  • B2B/SaaS or internal platform experience – Must.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand complex data architectures and effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
  • Experience with developing AI-driven solutions (e.g., workflow automation, predictive insights, or intelligent routing).
  • Proven track record of handling large, complex features while remaining detail-oriented and maintaining high accuracy.
  • High sense of ownership, accountability, and a proactive approach to overcoming engineering and user adoption challenges.
  • Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.
  • Ability to break down complex, cross-departmental business needs into actionable, manageable tasks.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders, from daily platform users to executive management.
  • Experience managing third-party API integrations.
  • e-Commerce industry experience – a major plus.
