Data Analytics Department - Senior Data Analyst

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB To leverage data analytics to drive business insights, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. responsible for driving the execution of data projects from initiation to completion, including training end-users. with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven strategies.

MINIMUM EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong focus on BI tools and methodologies.

REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS

  • Power BI Certification a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Proficiency data manipulation and knowledge of relational databases, including the ability to build and maintain database views.
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with highly confidential information (including large volumes of Protected Health Information)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field;
  • Master’s degree is a plus.
