Data Analytics Department - Senior Data Analyst
BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB To leverage data analytics to drive business insights, enhance decision-making, and support strategic initiatives. responsible for driving the execution of data projects from initiation to completion, including training end-users. with various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven strategies.
MINIMUM EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree is a plus
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
- 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with a strong focus on BI tools and methodologies.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
- Power BI Certification a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Proficiency data manipulation and knowledge of relational databases, including the ability to build and maintain database views.
- Strong SQL skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with highly confidential information (including large volumes of Protected Health Information)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field;
