Join our Global Real Estate and Workplace Productivity Team

This role supports GREWP's Global Operations teams by managing purchase orders, invoices, and assisting with budget planning processes.

This role involves data entry for GREWP's sustainability and global operations information while providing support for global budget tracking.

As a Business Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Setting up POs, invoicing, and receiving, as well as assisting Procurement on operating POs/vendors and Scout requests
  • Reviewing, posting, and ensuring monthly accruals of operating expenses are set in place
  • Working with Accounting (fixed asset team) to review lease contracts and details, and approving lease invoices in Tririga
  • Building CapEx/OpEx budgets on a vendor level and setting up meetings with respective site managers
  • Analyzing Ops account analysis from A360's actuals extraction that the Finance team shared for G/L Level detail
  • Working with BFM to ensure POs and invoices stay within budget on a consolidated account/location level to match forecast
  • Supporting site managers to set up vendors in our system for payment, and assisting the Master Data Management team
  • Conducting weekly check-in meetings with stakeholders to make sure there are no outstanding items

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bring hands-on relevant experience in operational finance, procurement, or business operations (a degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a nice-to-have.)
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Possess strong planning, organizational, and time management skills
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (experience in Smartsheets and working within ERP environments is nice-to-have)
  • Have a proven ability to handle the financial complexities of OpEx/CapEx forecasting and global budget tracking

familiarisation with tools like Oracle, IBM Tririga, and A360 is nice-to-have
