Job Description
KPMG’s Digital Audit and Innovation (DANI) team is a fast-growing innovation hub within our audit practice. Our mission is to future-proof assurance by leveraging cutting-edge digital solutions that enhance audit quality, efficiency, and insight. From data extraction and processing to automated procedures, our products deliver smarter, faster, and more insightful audits.
As a Product Owner / Manager within DANI, you will own the roadmap for your product portfolio and lead a team of 9 talented professionals. You’ll be the go-to person for your products—responsible for the entire lifecycle, from defining user requirements to delivering impactful demos to clients and partners.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management and proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- AI literacy and keen interest in emerging technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or Finance / Accounting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Good Dutch language skills is a distinct benefit.)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-starter attitude.
- Given that this role would require close collaboration with our audit teams, previous experience in an audit / assurance role would be advantageous but not essential.

- Gross salary between €5,000 and €6,000 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
