Role Purpose
As a Data Engineer, you will help clients make data-driven decisions by collecting, processing, analysing, and visualising data. You’ll work on medium to large-scale projects across multiple industries, helping clients unlock the full potential of their data.
Role Accountability
- Collect, process, and clean data from various sources.
- Design and implement data models, ETL pipelines, and automation workflows.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and build predictive models to solve business challenges.
- Develop reports and visualisations using BI tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, or Looker.
- Work closely with clients to understand business problems and provide actionable insights.
- Continuously improve internal workflows by automating repetitive tasks.
- Support account expansion efforts by identifying opportunities to provide additional value to clients.

Requires Knowledge & Skills
Core Competencies
- At least 6 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modelling.
- Have prior experience handling marketing data.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (and other relevant languages/tools).
- Experience building ETL pipelines and transforming data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau / Looker / Google Data Studio.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- GCP certification.
- Knowledge of big data processing (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
