- Manage month-end closing and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
- Perform account reconciliations, intercompany transactions, and cost control activities.
- Maintain standard costs and analyze cost changes to support business profitability.
- Monitor accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow-related activities.
- Prepare financial reports and support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams, including IGSS, to resolve financial issues.
What Do We Expect From You:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience in Finance or Controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of financial closing, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
