We are looking for an exceptional TPM to collaborate with our datacenter delivery teams to build solutions that improve our Data Center delivery cycle time. As a Senior TPM, you will partner with various teams to develop business requirements to standardize the business input and develop a long-term vision and partnering cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Build scalable data assets (dashboards, underlying data models, and workflows) to unlock reliable and high velocity decision support
  • Deeply understand the Data Center delivery cycle and underlying information to support leadership and stakeholders make data-driven decisions and continuous process improvements.
  • Apply statistical methods, causal inference, and machine learning to inform Data Center business decisions and optimize our process and systems.
  • Advocate for our members and provide meaningful insights to internal teams (e.g., Scheduling) working to improve the business process and data reporting.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to increase the quality of data products and support interactions.
  • Partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to build and deliver world-class support and data insights experiences.
  • Guide business leaders with confidence in your analytics and reporting to ensure smooth execution.
  • Summarize and clearly communicate data analysis assumptions and results.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to take a vague problem statement, refine the scope of the analysis, and use the results to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Background Check Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter

Additional or preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
  • Experience in data pipeline design and ETL.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent as a TPM or data practitioner.
  • Expert-level proficiency in writing complex, highly optimized SQL queries across large datasets
  • 5+ years of experience in Tableau or Power BI
  • Proficiency with applying quantitative methods to structured & unstructured data for exploration data analysis, pattern recognition, insights generation, metrics development, and scaling reports.
  • Strong programming skills in data manipulation & processing.
  • Regularly communicate associated outcomes and insights succinctly to various team members at all levels, including senior management, to help guide and influence strategic decisions for improvement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to help refine problem statements and solve them with the available data.
  • Experience supporting data center delivery, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or project scheduling organizations.
  • Familiarity with data center scheduling concepts, including milestone management, critical path analysis, schedule risk assessment, and execution performance metrics.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure Data Explorer (KQL), Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate), and Microsoft Fabric.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
