Business Analyst – Insurance Process Mapping (Healthcare & Insurance)

6-Month Contract (Extendable)

Role Overview:

We are urgently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead a strategic end-to-end process mapping initiative for our Insurance sector client. The engagement covers multiple payer lines — Health, Motor, Life, and Credit Insurance — with a primary objective to assess operational workflows, identify tool and system interventions, and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive process mapping across insurance-side operations including health, motor, life, and credit lines.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and documentation reviews to capture business requirements and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and areas for process improvement or automation.
  • Map existing tools, applications, and system touchpoints to understand integration and optimization opportunities.
  • Recommend suitable digital enablers or automation solutions to enhance process efficiency.
  • Present findings and recommendations to client leadership through detailed, executive-ready presentations and reports.
  • Ensure all deliverables and recommendations are aligned with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory frameworks and industry best practices within the payer-side domain.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in Insurance or Healthcare domains.
  • Proven expertise in process mapping, workflow analysis, and digital transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Saudi insurance regulatory requirements and digital transformation practices.
  • Arabic proficiency (spoken and written) is preferred to facilitate communication with local stakeholders.

Work Location: Onsite – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Engagement Type: 6 months (extendable based on performance and project needs)
