As a Connectivity & Network Support Trainee, you will develop foundational knowledge in network operations, connectivity support, troubleshooting, and network administration while contributing to the support and maintenance of enterprise network environments. This program is designed to help you build the technical skills and practical experience needed for a successful career in networking and technology, with the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role upon successful completion.

What You'll Learn

• Network support and troubleshooting fundamentals.

• Core networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.

• LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity support.

• Network monitoring and performance management.

• Configuration and troubleshooting of network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.

• Windows and Linux operating system administration basics.

• VMware virtualization fundamentals.

Requirements

• Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.

• Graduation year between 2024 and 2026.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong motivation to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Passion for technology, networking, and connectivity solutions.

• Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing, and Switching.

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems through coursework, projects, internships, or self-learning.

• Interest in network operations, connectivity support, and troubleshooting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Network+, or VMware certifications are a plus.
