What will you do?
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a team working in the Payments domain. You will be a part of the team responsible for building a new digital bank.
Your tasks
- Define requirements for payment initiation, authorization, status tracking, recall and returns.
- Capture H2H, API-based and file-based payment scenarios.
- Support ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX and regulatory/payment reporting requirements.
- Prepare payment flows, business rules, exception scenarios and testable requirements.
- Perform business and functional analysis of requirements related to payments processes.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Create, manage, and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis using basic SQL queries to support requirement validation and analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Work closely with developers, testers, and risk specialists in an Agile delivery model.
- Support testing activities, including review of test scenarios and validation of delivered functionalities.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet regulatory and risk management requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with business, risk, and technology stakeholders.
Your skills
- Proven experience in the Payments domain (mandatory).
- Good understanding of Credit Risk Stress Testing processes and risk methodologies.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology environment.
- Ability to perform functional and business analysis and manage a product backlog.
- Basic ability to perform data analysis using SQL.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Availability to work in a hybrid mode (2 days per week in the office)
