Key Responsibilities: * Accurately and efficiently input, update, and maintain data within our company databases and systems. * Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity. * Serve as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries, providing timely and professional support via email and other digital channels. * Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, striving to deliver outstanding service and satisfaction. * Collect and analyse data sets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. * Prepare clear and concise reports and dashboards to communicate findings to key stakeholders. * Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.
