Key Responsibilities
Partner & Inbox Support
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails in the Partner Support Inbox, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses.
- Triage requests, answer common questions, and escalate issues to the Project Manager when required.
- Track and follow up on partner inquiries to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Event Setup & Platform Support
Virtual Event Delivery
- Assist the Project Manager with end‑to‑end virtual event setup across approved platforms.
- Configure event components including: • Registration pages
- Email communications and reminders
- Session agendas and speaker details
- Upload and manage event content, including presentations, recordings, resources, and reference materials.
Quality Control (QC) & Readiness Checks
- Conduct thorough QC reviews of event setup to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
- Validate: • Registration links and emails
- Session configuration and timing
- Content uploads and resource availability
- Participate in pre‑event site reviews and readiness checks prior to go‑live.
Project & PM Support
- Support the Project Manager with logistical tasks, documentation, and work‑back schedules.
- Maintain event planning documents and ensure updates are reflected accurately.
- Attend project meetings as needed and capture action items related to logistics execution.
Live Event & Post‑Event Support (as applicable)
- Provide live event support as assigned, helping monitor sessions and escalate issues.
- Assist with post‑event tasks such as content uploads, recording checks, and documentation updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting virtual and in-person events, webinars, or training programs
- Strong written communication skills, particularly for email‑based partner support
- High attention to detail and comfort performing structured QC reviews
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Proficiency with virtual event platforms and Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with Project Managers and cross‑functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in event logistics, project coordination, or PMO support
- Familiarity with partner‑facing support models or shared inbox workflows
- Experience supporting on-site event logistics, venue coordination, or attendee management
- Experience uploading and managing digital content in event platforms

- Partner inquiries are answered promptly and professionally
- Events are set up accurately and on time with minimal rework
- QC issues are identified and resolved before events go live
