About the project

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React / Node.js), you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and scaling our core web applications. You will take ownership of end-to-end feature development, collaborating closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver robust, high-performance, and user-centric digital experiences.

What you’ll do

• Architect, design, and deliver high-quality code, helping define and promote engineering best practices at INDG.

• Serve as a strong technical influencer across multiple areas and business domains.

• Deliver and present solutions for large initiatives spanning multiple verticals.

• Design and build scalable, high-availability, high-performance products with deep expertise in front-end and back-end architecture.

• Shape broad system architecture, shipping large services, complex libraries, and major infrastructure components.

• Identify strategic technology opportunities that support INDG's growth as a business.

• Lead cross-team projects that span multiple domains and business units.

• Contribute to the team's technology roadmap and vision.

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, translating technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.

• Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

What makes you a great fit 🎯

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ Years of experience working with Vue or React.

• 7+ Years of experience working with Node (Express, Fastify, or similar).

• 5+ Years of experience working with AWS.

• 5+ Years of experience working with PostgreSQL.

• 3+ Years of experience working with Ruby.

• 3+ Years of experience working with Terraform.

• 2+ Years of experience working with Oracle.

• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons.
