Managing the implementation and delivery of BIM across project delivery, driving coordination, quality and innovation. Oversees BIM teams, promotes digital capability across the organisation, ensures compliance with BIM standards and industry best practice, and collaborates with stakeholders to maximise value from digital delivery and 3D modelling.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Championing BIM excellence across project delivery.
- Producing coordinated delivery, phasing and handover drawings.
- Managing multidisciplinary model integration and clash detection.
- Maintaining BIM standards, governance and quality assurance.
- Developing BIM Execution Plans and information requirements.
- Supporting ISO 19650 compliance and information management.
- Overseeing digital handover and model assurance.
- Driving interoperability across teams and supply chains.
- Providing BIM training, guidance and technical support.
- Enhancing digital processes through innovation and best practice.
- Supporting construction sequencing and model-based costing.
- Fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing and stakeholder engagement.
You’ll need to have:
- 10+ years' BIM coordination experience on complex capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of BIM technologies, standards and ISO 19650.
- Proven leadership, collaboration and information management expertise.
- Expertise in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, ArchiCAD, and Bentley Systems.
- Minimum Level 6/7 NFQ (or equivalent) in relevant subject area e.g., engineering, construction, project management - Validate with Function Director.
