What You Will Do:

  • Perform exploratory, descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive data analysis to support Navy Reserve readiness assessments, mission assurance initiatives, and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop, test, and maintain data models, dashboards, visualizations, and analytical products leveraging enterprise data sources and modern analytics platforms.
  • Support the design and implementation of AI/ML models that improve forecasting, risk analysis, readiness optimization, and operational decision support capabilities.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and government stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data, identify trends, and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Analyze data quality issues, identify anomalies and inconsistencies, and support development of automated monitoring and reporting processes to improve data integrity and governance.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • ONE (1) o more years of experience performing data analysis, statistical modeling, business intelligence, data visualization, or related analytics work.
  • Experience using data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Jupiter Notebook, Databricks, Python, R, SQL, or similar technologies.
  • Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive analytics, data modeling techniques, and data management best practices.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience supporting Department of War, U.S. Navy, federal government, or large enterprise analytics programs.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and techniques, including predictive modeling, classification, clustering, natural language processing, or optimization methods.
  • Experience working with cloud-based analytics environments such as Advana, Databricks, Azure, or similar enterprise data platforms.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform, Databricks, business intelligence architecture, data governance principles, and data quality management practices.
  • Experience communicating analytical findings through executive briefings, dashboards, technical reports, and presentations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
