What We're Researching

We're running a paid study on technical assessment materials for backend developers. The focus is on ensuring a new intermediate-level FastAPI microservices exam is accurate, unambiguous, and effectively measures core competencies. Your expertise will help validate that these assessments meet industry standards.

How It Works

You will participate in a remote session to review a provided JSON question paper containing multiple-choice and coding questions. During the task, you will audit all options and correct answers for technical accuracy while ensuring distractor choices are clear. You will also verify code prompts, evaluate the grading rubrics, and add edge test cases where necessary. Finally, you will submit the approved or corrected JSON file with your expert modifications.

We are hiring experienced backend developers with strong hands-on knowledge of Python and FastAPI. We welcome Senior Python Engineers, Backend Tech Leads, and API Developers who have built and deployed FastAPI microservices.
