If you're passionate about project delivery, customer engagement and helping bring complex construction projects to life, join us as a Project Execution Manager with Fielders in Dandenong South, VIC. With a proud history starting in Adelaide, today Fielders manufactures and markets steel building products across Australia. We deliver customer-inspired outcomes that support architects, engineers, builders, installers and property owners in creating their vision.

In this customer-facing role, you'll be the link between specification, sales and project delivery, working closely with builders, contractors, installers and internal teams to bring complex construction projects to life. From securing project opportunities through to installation, you'll play a critical role in converting specifications into successful project outcomes.

Working across our specialty products portfolio, you'll help shape tender strategies, strengthen customer partnerships and oversee project execution, creating value for customers while contributing to the continued growth of the business. This is an opportunity to take ownership, build your industry profile and work on some of the market's most exciting construction projects.

What Will You Do?

Reporting to the State Sales and Marketing Manager / Sales Lead, you’ll convert project specifications into sales opportunities by supporting projects through the tender process and helping customers secure project work. You’ll also:

  • identify installer partners aligned to project requirements and support quotation development
  • oversee the delivery and installation of specialty product orders, including attendance at project sites where required
  • build and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, installers and internal stakeholders
  • grow and maintain a healthy project pipeline and support specification retention activities
  • provide product and technical support to customers and industry stakeholders
  • contribute to business development initiatives that increase awareness and adoption of specialty product solutions
  • manage project information and reporting through CRM systems and other business processes
  • support the successful commercialisation and execution of major construction projects across the specialty products portfolio

More About You

You will bring experience working within the building and construction industry and enjoy engaging directly with customers and project stakeholders. You’ll also bring:

  • experience in a customer-facing sales, project management or business development role
  • strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capability
  • strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • commercial awareness and the ability to develop practical customer solutions
  • proven project management capability and an ability to manage competing priorities
  • experience working with technical products, specifications or construction-related projects

Why Join Us?

This is a great opportunity to influence some of Australia's most significant commercial and industrial building projects while working with market-leading products and solutions. You'll be trusted to build relationships, shape project outcomes and take ownership from specification through to delivery. Along the way, you'll work alongside experienced sales, specification and operational teams who are invested in your success.

In addition, you’ll also enjoy:

  • competitive remuneration package including 14% superannuation, and eligibility for our 15% quarterly bonus scheme
  • flexibility that supports both your professional and personal commitments
