Full description

Third Bridge is a leading global research firm established in 2007, with a team of over 1,500 employees worldwide dedicated to fueling decisions with expert insights. We accelerate and enhance decision-making for investors and business leaders by unearthing unique expert insights across multiple sectors, geographies, and topics.

For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in-person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies.

As the new Change Manager you'll be managing a number of workstreams — some yours to run directly, others run by other people you'll coordinate — and it's on you to keep them all moving, flag the risks early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Working on our strategic growth pillars of Sales and Automation, you'll liaise with stakeholders between legal, product, marketing, finance and beyond. You won't be processing requests or ticking boxes; you'll be the person who spots the problem three steps before anyone else does, and gets the right people in a room to fix it.

What You'll Do

Automation and Sales move fast and don't wait for a project plan to catch up — here's where you'll spend your time:

  • Own the roadmap: Build and maintain a clear, realistic roadmap for your pillars — sequencing projects, flagging critical path items, and calling out risk before it becomes a fire.
  • Orchestrate, don't just coordinate: Guide cross-functional working teams — Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Compliance — through each project's lifecycle, keeping everyone aligned on milestones without ever having formal authority over them.
  • Unblock relentlessly: Spot bottlenecks and dependencies before they cause delays, resolve what you can yourself, and escalate what genuinely needs a senior steer.
  • Design your own operating rhythm: There's no fixed methodology here to fight against — you'll define your own project structure, meeting cadence, and reporting rhythm from scratch, the way you see fit.

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years in project or programme management: Ideally with product-related delivery under your belt — if you've come up through consultancy, we know you'll hit the ground running even with a bit less time in-role.
  • Product fluency: You can hold your own in a conversation with a product team, understand the trade-offs and constraints at play, and won't get bamboozled.
  • Cross-functional credibility: A proven track record delivering across business functions, building trust and goodwill rather than relying on authority you don't have.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: You're not looking for a rulebook — you bring a change-management toolkit and the instinct to "make it happen, make it work," pivoting as the pace demands.
  • An eye for the threads others miss: You naturally connect what's happening across silos and can say "based on all of that, here's what we should actually be doing."

How will you be rewarded?

We truly care about our people so in return for your work, you’ll get:

• Vacation: 25 days (which increases to 28 days after 2 years of service) plus UK Bank Holidays

• Learning: personal development allowance of £1000 per year

• Health and wellbeing: private medical insurance and healthcare cash plan, a variety of health and wellbeing events to focus on mental health, Ride to Work scheme (savings on bikes and accessories)

• Future and family: pension contributions of 4% (increases with tenure) and life insurance of 4x of your base salary

• Flexibility: work from anywhere for one month per year, 2 annual volunteer days, 2 personal days when life throws you a curveball and 'Summer Fridays'

• Rewards: get points through our colleague-to-colleague recognition programme to spend on hotels, gift cards, donations to charity and more

• Social: optional social gatherings, daily breakfast and snacks, social events

• ESG: CSR, Environment and Diversity & Inclusion (including Women at Third Bridge, Pride and Blkbridge)

• Frontline Innovation: your chance to share your ideas for improvement through Hackathons and other events

Why Join Us?

  • Genuine ownership from day one: You're a strategic operator building frameworks from scratch, not a coordinator following someone else's template.
  • Real visibility, real influence: Direct line of sight to senior leadership and a genuine say in business strategy — not just status reporting upward.
  • High-profile territory: Exposure to cutting-edge initiatives spanning AI, automation, and product, at the heart of where Third Bridge is investing next.
  • No imposed methodology: Bring your own approach. We're not precious about Agile or Scrum — we care about pace and impact, not process for its own sake.
