- Develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation
- Track daily/weekly progress against the baseline schedule
- Identify delays and recommend corrective actions
- Work closely with site engineers, project managers, contractors, and consultants
- Ensure all stakeholders align with the project plan
- Estimate manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
- Optimize resource utilization to avoid wastage or delays
- Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Highlight risks, delays, and recovery plans
- Conduct delay analysis (EOT claims, impact analysis)
- Use techniques like critical path method (CPM)
- Assist in budgeting and cost tracking
- Monitor project performance (planned vs actual)
