How you’ll make an impact
Join our Lending Products team as a Senior Product Manager, where you’ll coach and support the high-performing team responsible for managing and administering FCC’s lending products and programs. Drawing on your understanding of our lending product suite, you’ll perform analysis and collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to manage and maintain our financial products and sustainability programs.
In this role, you’ll influence leaders through confident communication and sharp analysis - and inspire others as an informal leader, creating an environment where success is shared. Your ability to manage competing priorities with precision and navigate across diverse domains with ease will ensure you drive meaningful impact.
What you’ll do
- Perform analysis on product performance and defects
- Manage product backlog and team workload
- Manage and coach the team in administration of products and programs
- Collaborate with Operations teams to sustain and improve product uptake
- Manage complex corporate-level priorities
- Co-author business cases for new major features
- Coach and mentor the team by providing best practice recommendations and on-the-job training
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in agriculture, finance, business or marketing
- Minimum six years of transferable experience
- Demonstrated capacity to handle high-volume tasks accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines and follow through on commitments
Preferred qualifications:
- Demonstrated agricultural lending or credit management expertise
- In-depth knowledge of product development practices
- Background or familiarity with agriculture and food industry practices
