About the roleGlobal Delivery Manager [GDM]

Missions Vous rejoignez une équipe de Global Delivery Manager (GDM) en Vie de Solution.

Votre rôle en tant que Global Delivery Manager consistera de piloter tout ou partie d’un projet, dans le cadre d’un processus établi pour obtenir un résultat conforme aux attendus du client.

Vos activités principales sont les suivantes :

  • Prendre en charge tout ou partie du pilotage d’un projet et de la coordination des moyens associés, dans le respect des délais et de la qualité. • Veiller au respect des coûts définis dans le budget.
  • Animer les acteurs du projet et les soutenir sur la méthodologie et les outils projet, dans un esprit d’efficacité, de motivation et de performance.
  • Suivre l’avancement du projet et en établir le Reporting régulier à destination du client / donneur d’ordres.
  • Elaborer la documentation associée aux projets.
  • Gérer les risques, les problèmes et les changements liés aux projets.

  • Connaître le domaine d’activité et son écosystème.

o Être capable d’utiliser les compétences et connaissances liées à un domaine spécifique (SI, client, réseaux, marketing…) et/ou à un secteur de l'industrie, un produit ou un service, une zone géographique ou un périmètre international. o Connaitre de l’écosystème interne et de l’organisation

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets ou programmes internationaux.
  • Maîtrise des méthodologies de gestion de projet (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

Formation & Expérience

  • Degree/Bac+2 en gestion de projets, informatique, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de projets ou de programmes internationaux.
  • Expérience en gestion d’équipes multiculturelles et en environnement global.
  • Les certifications en gestion de projet (PMP, ITIL, etc..) sont un plus.
