Join Our Team as a Provider Contracting Business Analyst!

As a Provider Contracting Business Analyst, you’ll manage contracting reports, analyze data trends, and support the VP of Network Development in optimizing provider contracting processes. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate data, developing reporting tools, and ensuring compliance with company policies—all while collaborating with multiple departments.

What You’ll Do

Manage all aspects of contracting processes and assist in developing department resource documents.
Oversee maintenance of the Master Tracker and other tracking systems for accurate reporting.
Maintain contractor metrics and departmental scorecards.
Communicate updates, changes, and process improvements to the contracting team.
Research and secure current reimbursement data for all products and provider types.
Develop reporting data detailing Provider Contracting trends weekly, monthly, and quarterly.
Assist with onboarding and training new contracting employees.
Maintain contracting data on company drives and SharePoint.
Collaborate with VP of Network Development, Compliance, and HR to ensure training materials are current.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
Experience: Prior work experience in healthcare and knowledge of healthcare regulations/policies preferred.
Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot tables).
Familiarity with contract management software preferred.
