[What you will be working on]

  • Explore, experiment, and deploy emerging analytical/ AI techniques, including advanced techniques such as geospatial analytics for continuous business improvements and best practices to continuously keep abreast of the latest development in analytics
  • Extract and analyse property and stamp duty data for policy reviews, research studies and solve business problems
  • Leverage data analytics and automation tools for compliance and valuation work as well as to improve the operational performance of the Division
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities and drive data and analytics projects
  • Develop dashboards for management reporting and information retrieval by the Division

[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Business Analytics or equivalent analytics fields
  • Prior experience in data analytics/mining, machine learning and AI area is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python is a must. Experience in SAS, R, PowerBI, etc. is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to explain technical solutions and actionable insights to the business users and partners
  • Self-driven and motivated
  • Ability to question, probe and analyse
  • Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
  • Chartered AI Engineer (CAIE™) will be an added advantage
