Job Description

Who You'll Work With 

You will partner closely with regional Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance teams across APAC, supporting key manufacturing partners including Jabil Penang, Foxconn Vietnam, and Sanmina India. The role requires regular collaboration with inventory control, accounting, and audit stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance, SOX compliance, and operational accuracy across multiple sites. You will also work with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, monthly close activities, and inventory-related financial analysis.

What You'll Do

  • Finance support for Jabil Penang, Foxconn Vietnam and Sanmina India
  • Responsible for SOX controls for inventory locations.
  • Preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.
  • Preparation and audit of Cycle count reconciliation for inventory locations.
  • Prepare and publish timely MRB/RTV/RMA reports and work with Operations for any exposure in those locations.
  • Monthly and quarterly accounting close, including analyzing, reconciling, and reporting on accruals, general ledger, and variances.
  • Monthly reconciliation and exposure against WIP at JPE Penang, Foxconn Vietnam and Sanmina India
  • Finance support for Annual PI at Jabil Penang, Foxconn Vietnam.
  • Manage numerous projects while producing outstanding results.
  • Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or FP&A within a manufacturing or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accounting, SOX compliance, financial controls, and audit processes.
  • Experience supporting contract manufacturing partners or high-volume manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, variance analysis, and general ledger reconciliation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large sets of financial and operational data.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills; experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and process improvement.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multinational or semiconductor/electronics manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Based in Malaysia (Penang preferred) or Vietnam
  • Must have valid work authorization in the respective country
