Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of software products and central initiatives across multiple teams.
- Work together with Engineering Managers, Architects, and Technical Leads to manage technical risks and trade-offs.
- Implement data-driven approaches to delivery management and quality governance.
- Mentor Scrum Masters/Delivery Leads and cultivate a culture of responsibility and ongoing development.
- Link implementation to business strategy and results to guarantee alignment with organizational goals.
- Align Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, and Business collaborators.
- Drive decisions, resolve blocking issues, and influence without authority.
- Maintain excellent executive communication and reporting skills.
- Demonstrate ownership of delivery commitments with predictable outcomes.
- Plan, lead backlogs, mitigate risks, and ensure capacity planning and performance-focused execution.
- Promote constant progress and outstanding operational performance.
Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (AI-SDLC), cloud technologies, DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, GenAI/Agentic AI, and modern product delivery practices.
- Engages constructively with technical teams regarding risks and trade-offs.
- Proven track record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong strategic outlook with the ability to connect actions to business outcomes.
- Experience in managing dependencies, driving decisions, and resolving blocking issues.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and modern engineering delivery frameworks.
- Good communication skills, including executive reporting.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Typescript, and Gen/Agentic AI.
- Shown skill in advancing continuous progress and encouraging a culture of ownership.
